The canyon is the most picturesque, the deepest and the steepest one in Europe . The most attractive part of the canyon is 85 km long, and 1330 metres deep. The last 15 km of the river, before the Tara and the Piva become the Drina , is the most exciting section with over 20 rapids, where water “goes crazy” and the blood goes faster in the veins, and with emerald river “pools” and waterfalls of wild brooks.

At the very end of rafting down the canyon, the Tara and the Piva make a new river, the Drina , which is one of the longest river on the Balkans and it is very rich in water.
